Refund/Cancellations

 

At Elaraa, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully handcrafted with love, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when adjustments or exchanges are necessary. Please read our policies below to understand how we handle exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.


 

1. Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns on any of our products, but we are happy to offer an exchange for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Exchange Period: You may exchange your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at [support@elaraa.co.in] with your order details and the reason for the exchange. Once approved, you will be guided through the process.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel an order when it is in dispatching/shipped status. Any amount paid will be refunded with in 7 working days.
  • After dispatch cancellation will not be accepted.

3. Payment Methods

To ensure a secure and smooth transaction, we only accept online payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment gateways.

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently do not offer the COD option for any of our products.
  • Secure Transactions: Your online payment is processed securely, and we do not store any sensitive payment information on our systems.

 

4. Delivery Timeframes

We understand that receiving your jewelry promptly is important to you. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

  • Delivery Duration: Our estimated delivery time is 8-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external circumstances.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing [support@elaraa.co.in] with your order details and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.

 

6. Important Notes

  • Gift Cards & Sale Items: Products purchased with gift cards or on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon deliver
